Cooking Resources on the Web

There are plenty of good cooking resources available on the World Wide Web. Some are commercial sites of food vendors, with products to sell. Others are personal interest sites posted by individuals with an interest in cooking. I am interested in cooking and vegetarianism, which is why I have developed this site. I hope you will enjoy what I have discovered on the Web.

My Favorite Recipes
Ligita's Quick Apple Cake From the wonderful cookbook "Classic Home Desserts" by Richard Sax.
Mushroom, Barley & Wild Rice Soup From the Union Square Cafe. Honestly, the best restaurant in New York City.
Vegetarian Lasagne This is a wonderful recipe, because it's a tomato sauce rather than cream, the vegetables are all in the sauce, and you don't need to cook the noodles first.
Made-Up Veggie Enchiladas I "discovered" this when I was putzing around the kitchen, and my family loves it.
