Damage Assesment Prepares Red Cross personnel to obtain and report damage assessment information on a large scale or national assignment. Damage Assesment Workshop A more hands on followup to Damage Assessment. Shelter Workshop Prepares Red Cross and other agencies’ personnel to effectively and sensitively manage shelter operations. Prerequisite: Mass Care: An Overview Mass Care 1 Provides information, skills and abilities needed to work locally in Mass Care. Mass Care 2 Emergency Assistance 1 Provides Red Cross personnel with information to meet the emergency needs of people affected by disaster in a chapter setting. Emergency Assistance 2 Provides Red Cross personnel with information to meet the emergency needs of people affected by a major disaster.
